LingPong Child Safety Standards

LingPong has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to everyone who uses the LingPong app and to all content shared on it, including posts, photos, profiles and private messages.

1. What is prohibited

• Any content that sexualizes minors, including images, videos, text, drawings or AI-generated material.
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material.
• Grooming: contacting or befriending a minor in order to sexually exploit or abuse them.
• Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of a minor.
• Trafficking or advertising minors for any sexual purpose.
• Any other behavior that puts children at risk of sexual abuse or exploitation.

2. Age requirement

LingPong is not intended for children under 13, and users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts found to belong to children under 13 are removed.

3. How to report

Anyone can report child safety concerns to us:

• In the app: open the person's profile, tap ···, choose Report, and select Child safety concern. Reports go straight to our moderation team.
• In-app feedback: open your profile, tap ···, choose Send feedback, pick Child safety concern and describe what happened. You never have to leave the app.
• By email: ultraflyexpress008@gmail.com. Please include the username of the account and a description of the concern. Do not attach or forward illegal images.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.

4. What we do

• We review child safety reports as a priority.
• We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
• We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to relevant regional and national authorities, as required by law.
• We preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

5. Safety tools for users

• Block: blocked accounts can no longer see your profile or posts, or message you.
• Report: report any account from its profile.
• Delete: remove your own posts at any time.

6. Compliance

LingPong complies with applicable child safety laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
