Delete your LingPong account

You can ask us to delete your LingPong account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to ultraflyexpress008@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my LingPong account".
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to LingPong, and include your LingPong username.
3. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you. Your account is deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (name, email, password)
• Your profile, profile photo and bio
• Your posts, photos, comments and likes
• Your follower, following and block lists
• Push notification tokens for your devices

What may be kept

• Messages you sent stay visible to the people you sent them to.
• Reports about abuse, and records we must keep by law, may be kept for up to 90 days or as long as the law requires.

Want to remove only some data? You can delete individual posts in the app at any time, or email us to ask for specific data to be deleted without closing your account.
